RainWidget's widget compliance with webpage technologies, So you can use any other tools to create or modify the "index.html" webpage file.
Select the menuitem "Create Widget..." from RainWidget's tray menu
RainWidget will auto create a simple widget from Template and open the widget's files folder and add this widget to your desktop
